Student Pathways and Postsecondary Readiness Coordinator

 

Position Summary:


The Student Pathways and Postsecondary Readiness Coordinator provides leadership and coordination for schoolwide efforts supporting student readiness for Enrollment, Employment, and Enlistment (3E). This position ensures students graduate with a clearly defined postsecondary plan and the academic, technical, and employability skills needed for success after high school.


Working collaboratively with counselors, administrators, teachers, families, and community partners, the Coordinator aligns academic programming, career exploration, credentialing opportunities, and student supports to state accountability measures and local strategic goals.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

12-month teacher 250-day contract.  Salary and work year to be established by the Board.
